Overnight Oats with Coconut Milk & Honey

An easy make-ahead breakfast for busy mornings. Mix rolled oats, chia seeds, coconut milk, and Cairo Apiaries Honey in a jar. Refrigerate overnight and top with raisins, nuts, or tropical fruit in the morning. Creamy, filling, and naturally sweet.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon Cairo Apiaries Honey
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Toppings: raisins, nuts, or fruit (optional)

Instructions

  • Combine oats, chia seeds, coconut milk, salt and Cairo Apiaries Honey in a jar.
  • Stir well, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
  • In the morning, stir again and add toppings before serving.
