Sriracha Honey Roasted Broccoli

Sriracha Honey Roasted Broccoli is both sweet and spicy and makes an easy, healthy side dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Cairo Apiaries 100% Raw Honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp Sriracha sauce
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 head broccoli chopped (you should have about 6 cups)

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
  • Mix together the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, olive oil, Sriracha sauce, black pepper, and garlic powder in a medium bowl. 
  • Add broccoli and toss to coat.
  • More mixture onto prepared baking sheet and spread broccoli out.
  • Roast for 12 to 15 minutes.
