Transport yourself to the islands with this creamy, sunshine-filled smoothie. Packed with fruit, yogurt, and natural honey sweetness, it’s a perfect breakfast or midday energy boost.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup coconut water
  • 1½ tablespoon Cairo Apiaries Raw Honey
  • 3-4 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Add Ingredients:
    Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend:
    Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Taste:
    Taste and adjust sweetness with a little more honey if desired.
  • Serve:
    Pour into chilled glasses and enjoy immediately.
