Ingredients
- 1 cup cornmeal
- ½ cup flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ¼ cup oil or melted butter
- 1 cup cooked callaloo finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon Cairo Apiaries Honey
- 1 egg
- ½ cup milk
- 2 teaspoons salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven:Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Mix dry ingredients:Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Add wet ingredients:Add wet ingredients, Cairo Apiaries Honey, and callaloo; stir until combined.
