- 3 ripe bananas mashed
- 1/2 cup Cairo Apiaries Raw Honey
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Optional: 1/2 cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips for added texture and flavor
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, honey, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Add the flour, baking soda, and salt to the bowl. Stir until just combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the bread tender.
- If desired, fold in chopped nuts or chocolate chips into the batter.
- Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
