Honey Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 cup ketchup
- ¼ cup Cairo Apiaries Raw Honey
- ¼ cup Cairo Apiaries Molasses
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, whisk together ketchup, honey, molasses, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a simmer.
- Reduce the heat to low and simmer the sauce for 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it has thickened and the flavors have melded together.
- Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the sauce cool to room temperature.
- Once the sauce has cooled, transfer it to an airtight container and store it in the refrigerator until ready to use.
