Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breasts boneless, skinless, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp Cairo Apiaries Raw Honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce (low-sodium)
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger minced
  • 6 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tsp chicken seasoning
  • 2 tsp all-purpose
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 small onion minced
  • 1 red sweet pepper sliced
  • 1 yellow sweet pepper sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 medium carrot julienned
  • vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Prepare the Honey Ginger Sauce:
    In a small bowl, whisk together the Cairo Apiaries Raw Honey, soy sauce, minced ginger, and half of the minced garlic. Set the sauce aside.
  • Marinate the Chicken:
    Place the bite-sized chicken pieces in a bowl and season them the remainder of the minced garlic, onion, chicken seasoning, all-purpose and paprika. Pour half of the honey ginger sauce over the chicken and toss to coat. Allow it to marinate.
  • Heat the Oil:
    In a large frying pan or pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
  • Stir Fry the Chicken:
    Add the marinated chicken to the hot oil and stir fry for 5-6 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and slightly caramelized. Remove the chicken from the frying pan and set it aside.
  • Cook the Vegetables:
    In the same pan, add the sliced bell peppers, broccoli florets, and julienned carrot. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
