Instructions
Prepare the Honey Ginger Sauce:In a small bowl, whisk together the Cairo Apiaries Raw Honey, soy sauce, minced ginger, and half of the minced garlic. Set the sauce aside.
Marinate the Chicken:Place the bite-sized chicken pieces in a bowl and season them the remainder of the minced garlic, onion, parsley flakes, all-purpose and paprika. Pour half of the honey ginger sauce over the chicken and toss to coat. Allow it to marinate.
Heat the Oil:In a large frying pan or pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it shimmers.
Stir Fry the Chicken:Add the marinated chicken to the hot oil and stir fry for 5-6 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and slightly caramelized. Remove the chicken from the frying pan and set it aside.
Cook the Vegetables:In the same pan, add the sliced bell peppers, broccoli florets, and julienned carrot. Stir fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
Combine and Finish:Return the cooked chicken to the frying pan with the vegetables. Pour the remaining honey ginger sauce over the chicken and vegetables. Stir fry for an additional 2-3 minutes, ensuring everything is well-coated and heated through.
