Honey Granola
Here is a simple and delicious recipe for honey granola that you can use as a topping for yogurt, oatmeal, or eat as a snack on its own:

Ingredients
- 3 cups old fashioned oats
- 1 cup chopped nuts such as walnuts, almonds or pecans
- 1/2 cup Cairo Apiaries Raw Honey
- 1/4 cup oil such coconut or olive
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats and nuts.
- In a separate small mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, oil, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Pour the mixture over the oats and nuts and stir until the oats and nuts are evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the granola is golden brown.
- Remove the granola from the oven and let it cool completely on the baking sheet. Once it is cool, you can store it in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
