Ingredients
3cupsold fashioned oats
1cupchopped nutssuch as walnuts, almonds or pecans
1/2cupCairo Apiaries Raw Honey
1/4 cupoilsuch coconut or olive
1tspvanilla extract
1tspcinnamon
1/2tspsalt
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the oats and nuts.
In a separate small mixing bowl, whisk together the honey, oil, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt. Pour the mixture over the oats and nuts and stir until the oats and nuts are evenly coated.
Spread the mixture in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the granola is golden brown.
