Ingredients
- 1 medium butternut squash (peeled, seeded, and cubed)
- 2 tablespoons Cairo Apiaries Raw Honey
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- salt to taste
- ⅓ cup chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss butternut squash cubes with honey, coconut oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt.
- Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 30-35 minutes until caramelized and tender.
- Remove from oven and top with walnuts (optional)
- Serve as a sweet and satisfying side.
