Ingredients

  • 1 medium butternut squash (peeled, seeded, and cubed)
  • 2 tablespoons Cairo Apiaries Raw Honey
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • salt to taste
  • cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Toss butternut squash cubes with honey, coconut oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt.
  • Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 30-35 minutes until caramelized and tender.
  • Remove from oven and top with walnuts (optional)
  • Serve as a sweet and satisfying side.
