medium butternut squash (peeled, seeded, and cubed)

Cairo Apiaries Raw Honey

tablespoons
coconut oil

teaspoons
ground cinnamon

nutmeg
salt to taste

chopped walnuts (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss butternut squash cubes with honey, coconut oil, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt.
Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 30-35 minutes until caramelized and tender.
Remove from oven and top with walnuts (optional)
Serve as a sweet and satisfying side.
