Ingredients

  • 1 pound mushrooms (cleaned and halved)
  • 2 tablespoons Cairo Apiaries Raw Honey
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon basil leaves (dried)
  • Fresh thyme leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven:
    Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare glaze:
    Mix honey, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, thyme, parsley, basil, salt, and pepper.
  • Toss mushrooms:
    Toss mushrooms with the honey-balsamic mixture.
