Instructions

  • Prepare Your Ingredients: Start by mashing the ripe bananas in a mixing bowl. Ensure that the bananas are thoroughly mashed, as this will act as the binding agent for the energy bites.
  • Combine Wet Ingredients: Add the Cairo Apiaries Raw Honey, nut butter, and, if you like, the optional vanilla extract to the mashed bananas. Stir well to combine all the wet ingredients.
  • Add Dry Ingredients: Add the rolled oats, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt to the wet mixture. This will provide the texture, flavor, and nutritional variety to your energy bites.
  • Mix Thoroughly: Stir the ingredients together until you have a cohesive mixture. Ensure that all the oats are evenly coated.
