Ingredients

  • 1 banana sliced and frozen
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp Cairo Apiaries Raw Honey
  • ice cubes optional

Instructions

  • Blend the Ingredients: In a high-speed blender, add the sliced banana, Greek yogurt, milk, Cairo Apiaries Raw Honey and ice cubes.
  • Blend Until Smooth: Blend until smooth, stopping to scrape down the sides of the blender as necessary.
  • Serve and Enjoy: Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy immediately.
