Season chicken wings with onion, garlic, all-purpose, chicken seasoning, and paprika. Allow them to marinate.
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
In a bowl, whisk together barbecue sauce, honey, melted butter, and pepper to make the sauce.
Place chicken wings on the prepared baking sheet and brush generously with the honey barbecue sauce, reserving some for basting later.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through and basting with more sauce.
Remove from oven and brush with additional sauce before serving.
Serve hot as a finger-licking appetizer or main dish.
