Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen or fresh corn kernels
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter divided
  • 2 tablespoons Cairo Apiaries Raw Honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish optional

Instructions

  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
  • Add the corn kernels to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes, or until the corn is tender and lightly charred.
  • Reduce the heat to low and add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and honey to the skillet. Stir to coat the corn evenly.
  • Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the honey butter is melted and the corn is glazed.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Remove from the heat and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
  • Serve hot as a delicious side dish.
