Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and melt 2 tablespoons of butter.
Add the corn kernels to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5-7 minutes, or until the corn is tender and lightly charred.
Reduce the heat to low and add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and honey to the skillet. Stir to coat the corn evenly.
Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the honey butter is melted and the corn is glazed.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Remove from the heat and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
Serve hot as a delicious side dish.
