Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the honey, melted butter, and ground cinnamon.
Add the pineapple chunks to the bowl and toss them gently to coat them evenly with the honey cinnamon mixture.
Arrange the coated pineapple chunks on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast the pineapples in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until they turn golden brown and caramelized around the edges.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the roasted pineapples cool slightly before serving.
