Materials

  • 1 ripe pineapple peeled, cored, and cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 2 tablespoons Cairo Apiaries Raw Honey
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the honey, melted butter, and ground cinnamon.
  • Add the pineapple chunks to the bowl and toss them gently to coat them evenly with the honey cinnamon mixture.
  • Arrange the coated pineapple chunks on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Roast the pineapples in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until they turn golden brown and caramelized around the edges.
  • Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let the roasted pineapples cool slightly before serving.
