2-inch piece of fresh ginger
washed and crushed

Cairo Apiaries Raw Honey

teaspoon
lemon juice
optional
Instructions
Bring water to a gentle boil.
Add ginger and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Stir in honey (and lemon juice if using).
Strain into cups and serve warm.
