Ingredients

  • 4 cups green cabbage (shredded)
  • 2 cups purple cabbage (shredded)
  • 1 cup carrots (shredded)
  • ½ cup fresh cilantro
  • ¼ cup fresh lime juice (about 2 limes)
  • 2 teaspoons Cairo Apiaries Raw Honey
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)
  • ¼ black pepper

Instructions

  • Combine the vegetables:
    In a large bowl, mix the green cabbage, purple cabbage, carrots, and cilantro.
  • Make the dressing:
    In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, Cairo Apiaries Raw Honey, mayonnaise, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper until smooth and well combined.
  • Toss and chill:
    Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until evenly coated. Refrigerate for 15–30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
