Ingredients

  • 1 Ripe Pineapple
  • 3 tbsp Cairo Apiaries Raw Honey
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 tsp Lime Zest
  • ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • Fresh Mint Leaves
  • Vanilla ice cream or Greek yogurt

Instructions

  • Preheat Grill:
    Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • Prepare Pineapple:
    Cut the pineapple into rings, removing the core. Pat the slices dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.
