Instructions
Prepare the Honey Mustard Spread:In a small bowl, combine the Cairo Apiaries Raw Honey, Dijon mustard, and mayonnaise. Mix well until you have a smooth and creamy honey mustard spread.
Assemble the Sandwiches:Lay out the 4 slices of bread. On each slice, spread a generous amount of the honey mustard mixture.
Layer the Ingredients:On 2 of the bread slices with honey mustard spread, layer 2 slices of honey-glazed ham and 2 slices of Swiss cheese. Optionally, add fresh lettuce leaves and tomato slices for added freshness and crunch.
Top with Remaining Bread Slices:Place the remaining 2 slices of bread, with the honey mustard spread facing down, on top of the ham and cheese to complete the sandwiches.
Butter and Grill:Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add half of the unsalted butter. Once it's melted and sizzling, place one sandwich in the skillet.
Grill until Golden Brown:Grill the sandwich for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Repeat for the Second Sandwich:Remove the first sandwich from the skillet, add the remaining butter, and grill the second sandwich in the same way.
