Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, and ginger.
Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, skin side down. Season with salt, pepper, ground paprika, basil, and thyme.
Pour the honey soy sauce mixture over the salmon fillets, making sure they are fully coated.
Bake the salmon for 12-15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Remove from the oven and let rest for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with chopped scallions if desired.
