For honey-garlic sauce:

Cairo Apiaries Raw Honey

soy sauce

ketchup

cloves garlic, minced

grated ginger

cornstarch + 2 tbsp water
Instructions
Prepare the Meatballs
Mix beef, egg, breadcrumbs, onion powder, garlic, salt, and pepper; roll into small balls.
Bake the Meatballs
Place on a tray and bake at
400°F (200°C)
for
15 minutes
.
Make the Sauce
Whisk honey, soy, ketchup, garlic, ginger, and cornstarch slurry in a saucepan.
Simmer to Thicken
Cook on low for 3–4 minutes until glossy.
Combine and Coat
Add baked meatballs to the sauce and toss to cover completely.
Serve Warm
Perfect as a main meal or party appetizer.
