Preheat the OvenPreheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
Prepare the GlazeIn a small saucepan, combine honey, mustard, ginger, cloves, brown sugar, vinegar, and pepper; simmer for 3–4 minutes.
Score the HamLightly score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern to help the glaze soak in.
Apply First Coat of GlazeBrush half of the warm glaze over the ham.
Bake the HamPlace on a baking tray and bake for 45 minutes, basting every 15 minutes.
Finish with More GlazeBrush the remaining glaze on top, increase heat to 400°F (200°C), and roast for another 15–20 minutes until glossy and caramelized.
