Honey-Glazed Christmas Ham
A classic centerpiece sweetened naturally with Cairo Apiaries Honey, cloves, and a hint of ginger. Honey caramelizes beautifully, giving a glossy, flavour-packed crust.

Ingredients
- 1 fully cooked ham (5-6 lbs)
- ½ cup Cairo Apiaries Raw Honey
- 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- ½ teaspoon ginger (ground)
- ½ teaspoon cloves (ground)
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the OvenPreheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Prepare the GlazeIn a small saucepan, combine honey, mustard, ginger, cloves, brown sugar, vinegar, and pepper; simmer for 3–4 minutes.
- Score the HamLightly score the surface of the ham in a diamond pattern to help the glaze soak in.
- Apply First Coat of GlazeBrush half of the warm glaze over the ham.
- Bake the HamPlace on a baking tray and bake for 45 minutes, basting every 15 minutes.
- Finish with More GlazeBrush the remaining glaze on top, increase heat to 400°F (200°C), and roast for another 15–20 minutes until glossy and caramelized.
