Ingredients
- 2 cups water
- 2-inch piece of fresh ginger washed and crushed
- 3 tablespoons Cairo Apiaries Raw Honey
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice optional
Instructions
- Bring water to a gentle boil.
- Add ginger and let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in honey (and lemon juice if using).
- Strain into cups and serve warm.
